BitaPic User Terms
Effective date: October 24, 2026
These User Terms apply to you if your company (an employer or a business that hires you) created a BitaPic account for you, so you can document your work with the BitaPic app or dashboard. They are a short agreement between you and Kuneiva Labs LLC, the company that makes BitaPic (“we”). Your company has its own, separate agreement with us.
1. Who can use BitaPic
You must be at least 16 years old to use BitaPic, and at least 18 to be a supervisor or administrator. BitaPic is not meant for children, and no one under 13 may use it. If you tell us you are under the minimum age, we will suspend the account and let your company know (if you are your company’s only administrator, we will ask you to contact us instead).
2. Your account
- The account is for you only. Don’t share your password or let anyone else use your account, and don’t use someone else’s.
- If the account shown when you sign in isn’t yours, sign out and tell the person who sent you the link.
- Tell your company or support@bitapic.com right away if you think someone else is using your account.
3. What you may do with the app
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use BitaPic to do the work your company asks of you, for as long as your company’s account and your account are active. Please don’t:
- use BitaPic for anything other than your company’s work, or for anything illegal;
- upload photos or content that you know are false, or that you don’t have the right to share;
- try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app, or get into accounts or data that aren’t yours; or
- try to fake your location, the time, or the photos the app records.
4. Your work information belongs to your company
The photos, locations, times, sessions, hours, notes and inventory you record in BitaPic are your company’s work records. We store and process them for your company, as its service provider. While BitaPic is open on your screen, it records the photos you take, the time and your device’s location, as explained in the work notice you see in the app. It does not track you when the app is closed or in the background. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your choices; it is a separate notice, not part of these terms.
5. BitaPic is not your employer
Kuneiva Labs LLC is not your employer and is not a party to your work arrangement. We don’t set your pay, your hours or your schedule, and we don’t decide disputes about them. BitaPic shows your company what you recorded; questions about your pay, hours or schedule go to your company.
6. Your rights at work
Nothing in these terms limits your right to talk about your pay, hours, safety or working conditions with anyone, or to contact a government agency (such as the U.S. Department of Labor or the National Labor Relations Board) or a lawyer. These terms don’t waive or limit any claim you may have against your company.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from My account, in the app or on the web dashboard (see bitapic.com/delete-account). If you are your company’s only administrator, first make someone else an administrator. We delete your sign-in and your personal details, except the records the law requires us to keep, such as your acceptance of these terms and sign-in records, as our Privacy Policy explains. Your company keeps your name on the work records you created, and your pay rate, so it can pay for work already done and meet its legal obligations. Your company can also suspend or close your account.
8. The app is provided as is
We work to keep BitaPic available and accurate, but it can have interruptions or errors, especially without a signal. Keep your company informed if something you recorded doesn’t appear. To the extent the law allows, BitaPic is provided “as is,” and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can’t be waived.
9. Apple devices
If you use BitaPic on an iPhone or iPad: these terms are between you and Kuneiva Labs LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, its maintenance or support, or any claim about it (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims). If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price paid for the app (BitaPic is free to download). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will email you at the address on your account at least 15 days before it takes effect, and post the new version on this page. If you keep using BitaPic after that date, you accept the new version. If you don’t agree, stop using BitaPic and delete your account (section 7). Changes apply only from their effective date, never to the past.
